What are your session fees?

I have a flexible fee structure in which I ask you to choose an amount between $95-$185 for a 50 minute session. I do not ask for income information; instead I trust that people will choose an amount that is fair for a valued service, without causing financial hardship.   If you are able to pay $185 , I ask that you do so. If $95 is the most you can do, that's great too. Many people land somewhere in between.   I am not in-network with insurance companies. Many people are able to get reimbursed for all or part of the therapy fee using Out of Network Benefits. You can also use Flex Spending or Health Savings Accounts.   I understand that not everyone can afford $95 per session. If this is the case for you, please reach out to talk through options. Thanks!

How do I know if you’re the right fit for me?

Finding the right fit is important. I offer a brief consultation so you can get a feel for my approach and ask any questions. You’re also welcome to trust your intuition in deciding if this space feels aligned for you.

What can I expect from a session?

Sessions are grounded, collaborative, and paced to meet you where you are. We may explore thoughts, emotions, and also what’s happening in your body, supporting awareness, regulation, and deeper understanding over time.

Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

Sessions are offered both in-person and via HIPAA-compliant video, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space or in a welcoming, shared healing environment.   In-person sessions take place at A Healing Space, a collective offering a variety of healing modalities from an array of practitioners.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for advance notice (48hrs) if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged the full session fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

Is this traditional talk therapy?

While I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, my approach is more integrative and body-based than traditional talk therapy. I incorporate somatic awareness and nervous system support, creating space for deeper, more lasting change.

What is IFS therapy and how do you use it?

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a deeply respectful approach to therapy that sees us as made up of different 'parts' - each with its own perspective and role. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult feelings, IFS helps you understand and heal the parts of you that are carrying pain. I use IFS as the foundation of my work because it honors the complexity of who you are.

Do you integrate spirituality into your therapy?

Only if it's meaningful to you. I'm experienced in spiritually-sensitive therapy and welcome conversations about faith, meaning, and purpose - but I never impose a spiritual framework. If spirituality is important to your healing, I'll gladly explore that with you.

What can I expect in a typical session with you?

Sessions are collaborative and go at your pace. I'll listen, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and gently guide you toward understanding the deeper parts of yourself. You'll never be pushed to go somewhere you're not ready to go.
